The Tiger

To me there is nothing more graceful than one of the cat family in motion.  I had a request for one and got excited!.
Here is my efforts at the wood burning the tiger. I added a little water colors to it to make it pop. I think it turned out very well.

To me the cat family is one of the most regal moving animals. I had a request to try my hand at doing one and got so excited about it. Wondering if I had what it took to catch that movement and grace:) Here is my efforts:)

The Rooster

The fall of the year for some reason has always reminded me of my mother. Coming in from school on a cool afternoon, and yeast rolls rising and the house just smelling like a warm hug.

That in turn reminds me of how much my mother loved chickens so I decided to try my hand at one. After burning the picture I couldn't decide if i should put a little water colors to it or not... This is how it looked without color.

.

This is how it looks with color.. I have to say the color in this picture really brought it out the rooster. Now he looks proud :)

The Newborn Baby

There is truly nothing as touching and emotional as a newborn baby. I hope they enjoy my efforts as much as I have enjoyed trying my hands at capturing this moment .

The Golden Eagle

The Golden Eagle (Aquila chrysaetos) is one of the best-known birds of prey in the Northern Hemisphere.
Eagles feature prominently on the coat of arms of a large number of countries, such as Germany, Mexico, Egypt, Poland and Austria.
I think he looks very proud in this pictures.

John Wayne

Grab your popcorn, pull up your chair and get ready for another John Wayne presentation . :)

Just have to stain and put sealer on him and he is ready to guard the money wagon!

Young Cowgirl

A friend shared a picture with me that just begged for me to try my hand at wood burning her.

Just need to finish the edges and seal  and she is ready to go!

Saddle Bronc

Sometimes a picture tells it all. The trust that is earned and the care it takes to ensure it, and not to break the spirit from within.
